22/09/2022 – It takes place in Salerno BIAT 2022, the event that brings together innovative companies and start-ups in Southern Italy with the potential demand from abroad, promoting marketing, knowledge and sharing of innovative and high-tech products and services and intangible assets (patents).
ThePiano Export Sud 2 (PES2) is a multi-year program of initiatives aimed at promoting and strengthening the internationalization of SMEs and the image of Italian products in the world and BIAT is part of this program.
It is aimed at companies with operational headquarters in the so-called. less developed (Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Puglia and Sicily) and Regions in transition (Abruzzo, Molise and Sardinia). The program was launched in Italy by the Ministry of Economic Development (MISE) to comply with the National Operational Plan for Enterprises and Competitiveness 2014-2020 of the European Commission (European Regional Development Fund – ERDF).
With this event innovative companies, business networks, start-ups and those part of technological poles and universities, can be supported in the internationalization process through commercial distribution agreements, technological cooperation, protection of Intellectual Property and promotion of licensing o, yet, with forms of financing.

An event among the strategic ones, which make it possible to create the conditions for innovative development and for the diffusion of innovation not only at the level of individual company realities, but also at the level of socio-economic context and related industries, very important premise for the birth of a modern entrepreneurial substratum.
Beyond participation in BIAT, it deserves attention to follow the evolution of the results over time, to be able to relate with protagonists of various sectors that have to do with the productive-technological fields mentioned.
Innovative Start-ups and SMEs have great potential that can be exploited in the right way if correctly guided towards meeting interlocutors, project partners and investors, on the basis of a well-thought-out design and above all with a working and programming methodology that allows you to exploit the advantages of a collaboration, but at the same time avoid being “phagocytosed” from a larger subject.
